Mnight Shyamalan's science fiction thriller Signs, is a test for a man's faith. Graham was a minister that stopped believing. He raises two brilliant kids with the help of his brother Merral. They live in morn day Rural, Pennsylvania. Merral moved in when Grahams wife died from a car crash.
The characters bonded like real family through out the movie. You could feel the love between Abigail Breslin and Rory Calkin when they had the foil on there heads in the living room. Mel Gibbson and Joaquin Phoenix were close too. They were eating supper and Graham just grabbed Marrel and started hugging them.
The special effects in the movie was out of this world. Everything from the aliens to the invisible spaceships. When the alien grabbed Morgan in the basement it's like you could see the wounds on his arm. The crop circles were amazing, the corn was laying there not broken at all. Spaceships were just hanging over a building and the lights were awesome.
The theme of the movie is "we are not alone." Through the whole movie you could sense that there was something with them the whole time. At some parts in the movie you could sense the spirit of the mother. At others you could sense the aliens.
This movie is awesome. I would recommend this movie to anybody that likes thrillers and science fiction. It keeps you wanting to lock your eyes to the screen. Everything in this movie is action packed.
